Responsibilities

  • Enter and validate policyholder and insurance-related data into client systems with a high level of accuracy and consistency.
  • Review, verify, and compile underwriting documentation to ensure completeness and correct formatting of policy files.
  • Work with Excel to sort, filter, and standardize datasets related to insurance factors such as addresses, payroll, or vehicle information.
  • Use advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP) to clean, structure, and analyze data for underwriting support.
  • Convert and manage documents across formats (Word, PDF, Excel) while maintaining data integrity.
  • Conduct basic research using online tools and mapping systems to verify business and location details.
  • Support multilingual document handling through translation tools when needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and adapt to multiple systems and workflows simultaneously.
