Requirements
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant (BPO experience preferred).
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint).
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Wired, high-speed internet connection (Download speed of 20Mbps+).
- Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute).
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of administrative duties.
- Accurately and efficiently capture and input various forms of information into the company database.
- Keep all filing systems up to date.
- Provide support in a team-based environment.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Respond to emails and phone calls.
- Schedule meetings.
- Book travel and accommodations.
- Manage a contact list.
- Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records.
