Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant (BPO experience preferred).
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint).
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Wired, high-speed internet connection (Download speed of 20Mbps+).
  • Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute).

Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of administrative duties.
  • Accurately and efficiently capture and input various forms of information into the company database.
  • Keep all filing systems up to date.
  • Provide support in a team-based environment.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Respond to emails and phone calls.
  • Schedule meetings.
  • Book travel and accommodations.
  • Manage a contact list.
  • Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records.
