Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, supply chain analytics, or a related analytical role
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, Analytics, or a related field
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to interpret complex datasets into actionable insights
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, particularly Sales and Supply Chain, to align forecasting assumptions
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with forecasting or planning tools and systems
- Strong understanding of demand planning principles, statistical forecasting, and variance analysis
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence in a matrixed environment
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a focus on accuracy and continuous improvement
- Results-driven mindset with ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Ability to travel occasionally (approximately 10–15%) for meetings and business needs
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the end-to-end demand planning process across multiple regions, including development of an 18-month rolling forecast for revenue and shipment volumes
- Lead demand review meetings with Sales and cross-functional stakeholders to align on assumptions, risks, and opportunities
- Partner closely with Sales to incorporate market intelligence, promotions, distribution changes, and other demand drivers into forecasts
- Analyze historical sales, consumption, and performance data to generate objective, data-driven demand forecasts
- Monitor forecast accuracy, identify variances, and explain key drivers behind deviations from actual results
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical tools to support demand planning and business decision-making
- Contribute to continuous improvement of forecasting methodologies, tools, and data quality processes
- Support alignment across supply chain and commercial teams to ensure a consistent view of demand across the organization
