Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in estimating, quoting, sales support, or similar roles.
- Industry experience in promotional products, custom manufacturing, or print-related industries.
- Experience in screen printing, embroidery, or branded merchandise production environments preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage high volumes of quotes.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills for cost, margin, and pricing calculations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with quoting tools such as Printavo or PriceIt preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote setting.
- Self-driven and reliable with the ability to work independently under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and timely cost estimates and quotes for promotional products, screen printing, embroidery, and related custom merchandise.
- Review customer specifications, artwork files, and purchase orders to ensure details are captured correctly.
- Update and revise quotes based on client changes while maintaining version control and internal documentation standards.
- Follow up on submitted quotes to support deal closure and improve conversion rates.
- Maintain structured quote tracking systems to log and organize all jobs and communications.
- Coordinate with production, purchasing, and creative teams to confirm feasibility, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Identify pricing inconsistencies and contribute to margin optimization and process improvements.
