Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT procurement, strategic sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
  • Strong understanding of the complete procurement lifecycle, including supplier evaluation, contract management, and purchasing operations.
  • Experience performing financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and managing OPEX and CAPEX expenditures.
  • Knowledge of FinOps principles, cloud cost management, and optimization strategies across cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud.
  • Familiarity with reserved instances, savings plans, resource allocation, and cloud cost reporting methodologies.
  • Understanding of accounts payable processes, invoice management workflows, three-way matching, and basic accounting principles.
  • Experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM), inventory control, and hardware lifecycle tracking.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including complex formulas, data analysis, pivot tables, and reporting.
  • Experience working with collaboration and workflow tools such as Jira, Confluence, and ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Professional proficiency in Russian (C1 level or higher) and English (B2 level or higher).
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, international, and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full procurement lifecycle for IT products, software subscriptions, cloud services, and technology-related vendors.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, service-level commitments, and commercial terms to maximize value and reduce costs.
  • Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships while monitoring supplier performance and compliance.
  • Oversee accounts payable processes related to IT procurement, ensuring accurate invoice validation, approvals, and payment workflows.
  • Conduct financial analysis, including budget planning, forecasting, cost tracking, and plan-versus-actual performance reviews.
  • Support FinOps initiatives by monitoring cloud spending, optimizing resource utilization, and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
  • Manage IT asset inventories, track hardware and software lifecycles, and ensure accurate asset records.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with operational and business requirements.
