Responsibilities
- Send requested hardware quotes to clients
- Research new and innovative products/solutions relevant to the company’s service offering
- Monitor quality and cost of products being sold and make recommendations accordingly to the sales and service team
- Work with vendors to negotiate the best price possible
- Ensure hardware is purchased cost-effectively to meet client deadlines
- Proactively communicate estimated time of arrival to the service team and the client
- Timely return/exchange of defective products
- Maintain inventory control
- Develop relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Keep on top of vendor incentive programs
