Responsibilities

  • Send requested hardware quotes to clients
  • Research new and innovative products/solutions relevant to the company’s service offering
  • Monitor quality and cost of products being sold and make recommendations accordingly to the sales and service team
  • Work with vendors to negotiate the best price possible
  • Ensure hardware is purchased cost-effectively to meet client deadlines
  • Proactively communicate estimated time of arrival to the service team and the client
  • Timely return/exchange of defective products
  • Maintain inventory control
  • Develop relationships with vendors and suppliers
  • Keep on top of vendor incentive programs
