Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced, high-performance environment such as consulting, startups, or nonprofits.
- Proven track record of tenacious problem-solving and reliability.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for high-stakes external materials.
- Experience applying AI tools to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt as needs shift.
- Demonstrated ability to foster inclusivity and exhibit high emotional intelligence.

- Must be able to travel 1–2 times per year to countries of operation.
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of high-priority fundraising initiatives in partnership with leadership.
- Contribute to the development of pitch decks, concept notes, and engagement plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional inputs from programs, product, research, and finance teams.
- Research and identify potential new funders and strategic opportunities.
- Maintain systems and trackers to ensure engagement records and timelines are updated.
- Provide logistics and preparation support for donor meetings and field visits.
