Requirements
- Strong engineering background in machine learning, NLP, or related areas (Master’s degree, industry experience, or equivalent).
- Proficiency in writing clean, reliable, and extendable code.
- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch.
- Experience with model optimization techniques.
- Experience with distributed training methods.
- Experience with RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback).
- Experience with model finetuning and evaluation frameworks.
- Ability to design and run large-scale experiments and analyze results.
- Strong research instincts combined with engineering excellence.
- Curiosity and ability to learn quickly in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience collaborating with research teams to translate ideas into implementations.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain experiments for machine learning research.
- Debug and optimize machine learning models.
- Scale training pipelines for frontier AI models.
- Turn conceptual research ideas into functional, scalable systems.
- Collaborate with scientists and engineers to implement novel research methods.
- Conduct large-scale experiments, run ablations, and perform results analysis.
- Shape and maintain the infrastructure that supports research programs.
