Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a high-volume, fast-paced customer service or call center environment handling inbound calls.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
  • Must be based in Argentina.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • High-speed Wi-Fi connection of at least 100 MBPS, hard-wired with an ethernet cord.
  • Reliable backup internet source.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and/or Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work a 5-day schedule between 5am-5pm PST, Monday-Saturday.
  • Strong accountability, integrity, and independent work skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, 'test-and-learn' startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage high-volume inbound calls in both English and Spanish as the primary voice of the company.
  • Provide guidance to customers regarding products, pricing, and website navigation via phone and email.
  • Oversee the full order lifecycle including creation, tracking, returns, and warranty processing.
  • Resolve assigned cases efficiently within the company ticketing system.
  • Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) while maintaining high reliability.
  • Suggest updates to FAQs and workflows to improve internal processes.
  • Adapt quickly to new tools and shifting priorities as the company scales.
