Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a high-volume, fast-paced customer service or call center environment handling inbound calls.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Must be based in Argentina.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- High-speed Wi-Fi connection of at least 100 MBPS, hard-wired with an ethernet cord.
- Reliable backup internet source.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and/or Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work a 5-day schedule between 5am-5pm PST, Monday-Saturday.
- Strong accountability, integrity, and independent work skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, 'test-and-learn' startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound calls in both English and Spanish as the primary voice of the company.
- Provide guidance to customers regarding products, pricing, and website navigation via phone and email.
- Oversee the full order lifecycle including creation, tracking, returns, and warranty processing.
- Resolve assigned cases efficiently within the company ticketing system.
- Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) while maintaining high reliability.
- Suggest updates to FAQs and workflows to improve internal processes.
- Adapt quickly to new tools and shifting priorities as the company scales.
