Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in ERP/CRM delivery.
- 5+ years leading D365 F&O and/or CE programs.
- Demonstrated success managing enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 implementations ($1M+).
- Strong understanding of financials, supply chain, sales, service, and/or customer experience domains.
- Deep knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, Power Platform, and related ISVs.
- Experience in a consulting environment or a similar fast-paced industry.
- Program Management with multiple lane / department delivery.
- Exceptional client-facing and executive communication skills.
- Knowledge of change and problem management.
- PMP Certification (nice to have).
- Certified Scrum Master (nice to have).
- SAFe Certification (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders.
- Lead executive and steering committee meetings.
- Oversee a portfolio of Dynamics 365 implementation and transformation programs from initiation through deployment.
- Ensure scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk objectives are achieved.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and Delivery Leads to ensure successful solution execution.
- Identify opportunities for additional services and business value realization.
- Monitor engagement profitability, forecasts, and resource utilization.
