Requirements
- 3+ years in program/delivery management, technical project management, or data operations.
- Experience in AI/ML data, evaluation, or annotation.
- Proven ability to run several projects in parallel without dropping quality or timelines.
- Experience managing distributed contributors or expert pools.
- Experience building or running QC processes.
- Understanding of how frontier models are evaluated.
- Fluent English.
Responsibilities
- Take scoped engagements through staffing, production, QC, and delivery.
- Own timeline, throughput, and the delivered package across several concurrent projects at once.
- Staff each project from the expert pool, brief and calibrate contributors, and manage output and utilization.
- Run the QC structure on every deliverable, including calibration layers, rubrics, and verifiers.
- Track output-per-contributor-week, flag bottlenecks, and manage expert hours against scope.
- Keep leadership informed on status, risk, and delivery progress.
