Job Details

Advanced level of WordPress admin expertise, including plugin/theme interaction understanding.
Comfort using the WordPress Site Editor for patterns and page templates.
Strong background in web technologies (DNS, web accessibility, performance, technical SEO, and ecommerce).
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to triage requests and escalate as necessary.
Demonstrated ability to manage assigned work independently while adjusting to competing priorities.
Comfortable creating structure in ambiguous situations.
Effective problem-solving, conflict resolution, and context-switching skills.
High attention to detail and ability to track project checklists to completion.
Understanding of how AI can multiply productivity.

Drive partner adoption of WordPress and Automattic products and services.
Resolve incoming partner requests with high precision.
Define website functionality in ambiguous contexts and own delivery, timelines, and outcomes.
Lead high-touch deployments including DNS configuration, domain transfers, and data migrations.
Act as the voice of the customer to champion product improvements and surface bugs.
Develop close relationships to understand partner business needs and technical challenges.
Troubleshoot technical and editor-facing issues, liaising with engineers when needed.
Translate partner requests into concrete, WordPress-focused requirements and tasks.
Respond to urgent incidents such as fatal errors or workflow-blocking bugs.
