Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing.
- Demonstrated experience in technical product or developer-focused environments.
- Proven ability to own programs end-to-end from ideation to reporting and optimization.
- Active usage of AI tools to build workflows, automate processes, or design AI-assisted programs.
- Strong data literacy with experience developing attribution models across PLG and commercial motions.
- Fluency in understanding technical audiences and developer buying motions.
- Proficiency with lifecycle channels including email nurture, website optimization, and paid media.
- Strong communication skills with experience presenting program performance to leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and evolution of AI-powered nurture programs to improve engagement and conversion.
- Execute lifecycle campaigns across email, website personalization, and paid channels with integrated AI workflows.
- Conduct complex campaign analysis and define metrics for OSS adoption, trials, and enterprise pipeline.
- Translate data findings into clear recommendations for GTM leadership.
- Partner with Sales, SDRs, content, and creative teams to ensure cross-functional alignment and shared outcomes.
