Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience in technical product or developer-focused environments.
  • Proven ability to own programs end-to-end from ideation to reporting and optimization.
  • Active usage of AI tools to build workflows, automate processes, or design AI-assisted programs.
  • Strong data literacy with experience developing attribution models across PLG and commercial motions.
  • Fluency in understanding technical audiences and developer buying motions.
  • Proficiency with lifecycle channels including email nurture, website optimization, and paid media.
  • Strong communication skills with experience presenting program performance to leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy and evolution of AI-powered nurture programs to improve engagement and conversion.
  • Execute lifecycle campaigns across email, website personalization, and paid channels with integrated AI workflows.
  • Conduct complex campaign analysis and define metrics for OSS adoption, trials, and enterprise pipeline.
  • Translate data findings into clear recommendations for GTM leadership.
  • Partner with Sales, SDRs, content, and creative teams to ensure cross-functional alignment and shared outcomes.
