Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a frontline manager leading Solutions Consultants or Sales Engineers.
- 8+ years of relevant customer-facing technical experience in roles such as Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, Engineering, or Sales within a SaaS organization.
- Proven ability to design and implement strategic programs that drive impact across teams.
- Hands-on problem-solving skills with the ability to coach effectively and jump in as a player when needed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both practitioner and executive audiences.
- Demonstrated success collaborating with cross-functional partners including Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Support.
- Ability to thrive in a constantly evolving and growing environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a diverse team of Solutions Consultants across AMER.
- Participate in customer and prospect meetings alongside the team.
- Assist in continual training and development, including mentorship, hiring, and career growth.
- Work cross-functionally to help define and execute the technical pre- and post-sales strategy.
- Build and implement programs that help scale Solutions Consultants and drive greater impact for customers.
- Monitor team performance and support them in exceeding their goals.
