Requirements

Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) or PA-C specializing in psychiatry.
Active, unrestricted license in Tennessee, Texas, California, Maryland, Florida, Virginia, Connecticut, or Colorado.
Proven pediatric psychiatric experience.
Ability to work in a consultative, team-based environment.
Commitment to population health and evidence-based mental health care.
Experience with Collaborative Care Model, integrated care, or telepsychiatry is preferred.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with behavioral health care managers and PCPs to review patient caseloads and provide treatment recommendations.
Conduct weekly or biweekly systematic caseload reviews to monitor patient progress.
Provide indirect psychiatric consultation on diagnostic clarification, psychopharmacologic treatment options, and complex cases.
Ensure adherence to measurement-based care using standardized tools like PHQ-9 and GAD-7.
Maintain availability for scheduled and ad-hoc PCP consultation.
Document consultations and recommendations within the Triplemoon electronic health record (EHR).
