- Proven ability to develop, implement, and pivot sales strategies in a competitive landscape.
- Exceptional communication skills with a track record of motivating teams to reach peak performance.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Proficiency in advanced data analysis tools.
- Analytical approach to overcoming obstacles and optimizing sales processes.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on high-standard service and client loyalty.
- Ability to submit CV in English.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to expand our customer base and increase market share.
- Partner with the Regional Sales Director to ensure team tactics align with broader corporate objectives.
- Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed individual goals.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing professional development/coaching.
- Track and analyze key sales metrics to ensure the team stays on path to hit targets.
- Deliver detailed performance reports and data-driven insights to executive leadership.
- Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and untapped growth opportunities within the territory.
