Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of experience as a business analyst, solutions engineer, or technical consultant in software delivery, product, or enterprise SaaS.
- Proven experience acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Demonstrable track record of interviewing users, mapping complex workflows, writing specifications, and owning results.
- Deep, hands-on experience building and deploying real AI agents, not just using LLMs.
- Advanced knowledge of and experience with AI tools/frameworks including Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, LangChain, LlamaIndex, and MCPs.
- Must provide a portfolio/GitHub repository showing personal projects, deployed agents, and public writing.
- Business-native English proficiency with executive presence and experience working with US or Western companies.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate large stakeholder workshops and manage executive meetings.
- Commitment to continuous self-directed learning of new technologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead client engagements end-to-end as the primary face of the project, including managing executive-level communications.
- Perform comprehensive business workflow audits to identify 5-10 key opportunities for AI integration within the first 30 days.
- Design rewired business processes defining human-vs-agent roles, handoffs, evaluation criteria, and success metrics.
- Direct Associate Orchestrators through technical implementation to ship production-ready automations within 60 days of start.
- Identify opportunities for expanded engagement services and cross-sell additional team resources based on client needs.
- Own project outcomes by reporting on measurable impact such as hours saved, error rate reduction, and throughput gains.
