- Experience in consulting, business analysis, operations, or project management preferred.
- Experience creating SOPs, guides, or operational documentation preferred.
- Familiarity with process mapping and workflow documentation preferred.
Responsibilities
- Meet with business stakeholders to understand and observe operational workflows.
- Document detailed business processes, dependencies, and bottlenecks across multiple departments.
- Create comprehensive workflow maps, process diagrams, and step-by-step SOPs.
- Identify process inefficiencies and redundancies for future automation or AI implementation.
- Translate complex operational insights into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership.
- Facilitate discovery sessions and maintain professional communication with stakeholders.
- Utilize AI tools in daily workflows for research, ideation, and documentation delivery.
