  • Experience creating SOPs, guides, or operational documentation preferred.
  • Familiarity with process mapping and workflow documentation preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with business stakeholders to understand and observe operational workflows.
  • Document detailed business processes, dependencies, and bottlenecks across multiple departments.
  • Create comprehensive workflow maps, process diagrams, and step-by-step SOPs.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and redundancies for future automation or AI implementation.
  • Translate complex operational insights into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership.
  • Facilitate discovery sessions and maintain professional communication with stakeholders.
  • Utilize AI tools in daily workflows for research, ideation, and documentation delivery.
