Responsibilities
- Execute broker-specific strategies to meet sales, retention, and profitability objectives.
- Partner with distribution resources to communicate the company's value proposition to brokers.
- Strengthen and grow broker relationships through regular meetings.
- Drive a consistent pipeline of RFP opportunities.
- Collaborate with underwriting, product, pricing, and actuarial teams to ensure delivery alignment.
- Represent the company at industry events, legislative platforms, and community activities.
