Responsibilities

  • Execute broker-specific strategies to meet sales, retention, and profitability objectives.
  • Partner with distribution resources to communicate the company's value proposition to brokers.
  • Strengthen and grow broker relationships through regular meetings.
  • Drive a consistent pipeline of RFP opportunities.
  • Collaborate with underwriting, product, pricing, and actuarial teams to ensure delivery alignment.
  • Represent the company at industry events, legislative platforms, and community activities.
