Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance domain.
- Proven experience in the health insurance industry.
- Extensive experience with insurance claims processes.
- Degree in Business, IT, or a relevant field.
- Experience in an Agile and/or Scrum environment.
- Proficiency in business analysis concepts including requirements definition, technical translation, and Agile prioritization.
- Strong skills in facilitation, process documentation, requirements gathering, and user acceptance testing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Insurtech experience is preferred.
- Health Insurance-related domain certification from INS/LOMA or III is a plus.
- Technical writing skills are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Work with clients and technical resources to identify business problems and develop appropriate analytical solutions.
- Plan and design simple to semi-complex business processes and system modifications.
- Gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements and processes using techniques like interviews and work sessions.
- Develop business requirements documents and user stories to support required modifications.
- Create complex test case scenarios and oversee testing to verify client requirements are met.
- Support QA, UAT, and release phases through defect analysis and change maintenance.
- Assist in providing project time estimates and maintaining process documentation.
