Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a Technical Business Analyst role or similar
- A-Level (or equivalent) in relevant subjects
- Further education or university studies in a relevant field
- Strong process design and process mapping capabilities
- Proven experience writing clear, structured, and detailed documentation
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to clearly articulate requirements, project updates, and issues
- Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working across teams
- Experience using project and delivery tools such as MS Project or similar
- Strong working knowledge of tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Power BI, Visio, and Microsoft Office
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from a wide range of stakeholders
- Create clear and detailed functional and non-functional requirement documentation
- Write specifications, change requests, and process documentation
- Map and analyse existing systems, processes, and workflows
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and solution designs
- Design and propose cloud-based solutions aligned with business objectives
- Analyse and optimise existing infrastructure and systems
- Identify integration points between systems and define solutions for seamless data flow
- Plan and support system integrations across multiple platforms
- Coordinate with stakeholders on work items and ensure alignment across teams
