Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or four years of equivalent post-secondary training and experience.
- Four years of demonstrated experience in project management, business analysis, or solution development.
- Project management experience (PMI certified).
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Proficiency with reporting tools such as Excel and Power BI.
- Experience delivering public speaking or sales presentations.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel approximately five times per year, including trips to Staples, MN.
Responsibilities
- Lead competitor assessment projects, analyzing strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
- Deliver project plans within established program management frameworks.
- Develop research, ideas, and solutions to prototype innovation business cases.
- Define and deliver products and services aligned with customer needs and established systems.
- Promote an organizational culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Conduct primary research to identify key market themes and trends.
- Identify and address process or systemic shortcomings using change management programs.
- Develop and maintain procedures to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
