Requirements
- 20+ years of experience in nuclear, marine operations, or related regulated industries.
- 15+ years of experience managing large-scale projects and leading cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related technical field.
- Strong background in EPC or general contractor project environments.
- Proven expertise in project controls including cost, scheduling, risk, and change management.
- Experience working with nuclear plant operations, maintenance programs, and outage support.
- Strong leadership and client-facing communication skills.
- Knowledge of nuclear standards, commissioning processes, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- PMP certification or nuclear operator licensing is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee end-to-end execution of large-scale nuclear and maritime projects from planning through commissioning and turnover.
- Serve as technical and strategic lead, ensuring alignment of scope, schedule, and deliverables.
- Manage client relationships, providing communication on progress, risks, and forecasts.
- Own project governance including budgets, schedules, cost controls, and risk management.
- Lead cross-functional coordination across engineering, operations, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Develop integrated project plans, commissioning strategies, and turnover documentation.
- Conduct risk assessments, readiness reviews, and milestone decision support.
- Oversee subcontractor and supplier performance, ensuring contractual compliance.
- Mentor project teams to strengthen execution discipline.
- Drive post-project evaluations and lessons learned.
