Job Details

2–5 years of experience in technical project management, software implementation, or consulting roles.
Strong ability to manage projects in complex, ambiguous, and fast-paced environments.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to proactively propose solutions rather than issues.
Experience working with project management tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, or Notion.
High emotional intelligence, adaptability, and ability to work across different team styles.
Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to evolving project requirements.
Consulting, construction, real estate, or enterprise technology experience is a plus.
Familiarity with tools such as Procore, e-Builder, Tableau, Power BI, or Microsoft 365 is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with a high level of accountability and attention to detail.

Develop and manage detailed project plans, including milestones, tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.
Oversee software implementation projects to ensure delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and strong stakeholder relationships.
Identify, assess, and escalate project risks while proactively proposing mitigation strategies.
Prepare and deliver regular project status reports and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Analyze project performance data to improve delivery efficiency and outcomes.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure alignment across all phases of project execution.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by refining processes, tools, and project delivery standards.
