Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in creative strategy or performance marketing.
- Proven experience in paid social or direct response advertising.
- Strong analytical mindset to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for persuasive storytelling.
- Strong understanding of social media ecosystems, specifically Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook.
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, or YouTube/Snapchat ad platforms.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Capacity to quickly learn and execute new skills based on provided training.
Responsibilities
- Formulate effective creative strategy using data, research, and creative insights.
- Manage the end-to-end video production and iteration process for social media platforms.
- Analyze performance data in platforms like Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Conduct consumer, product, and competitor research.
- Collaborate with post-production and creative strategy leads to produce videos.
- Write scripts and copy for video, static image ads, and email campaigns.
- Identify top-performing concepts and social media trends through data analysis.
- Execute weekly strategic account planning with leadership oversight.
