Requirements

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to leadership.
- Proficiency in standard Microsoft Office applications.
- Hands-on experience utilizing AI-powered tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor).
- Experience working within AI-enabled environments to support business operations and end-user productivity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Gather information and data on existing business processes and procedures.
- Review processes to identify opportunities to automate, streamline, and scale workflows.
- Research process alternatives and participate in implementing solutions for defined business needs.
- Develop and maintain documentation including process flows, training materials, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Generate standard reports and perform audits using AI-powered tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to support business initiatives and project delivery.
