Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in a software Product Manager role.
- Proven experience bringing a successful AI product or feature to market.
- Strong technical background with ability to work with engineering teams.
- Proficiency in writing and reading SQL queries.
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing tools such as Snowflake.
- Proven track record of conducting customer research and discovery.
- Experience working within Agile software development teams.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Proficient in Google Suite, Atlassian products, and Claude.
- Ability to travel for in-person meetings when needed.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product delivery from discovery through design, development, and measurement of post-launch success.
- Leverage AI-assisted tools to rapidly prototype concepts and accelerate feedback loops.
- Lead business trade-off discussions and pre-development estimation.
- Conduct customer and market research specific to product areas.
- Translate requirements into clear, actionable user stories for development teams.
- Own product prioritization by balancing stakeholder needs and business value.
- Define and monitor key product metrics within the product area.
- Collaborate across leadership, engineering, and customer success to drive alignment.
