Requirements
- 15 years of knowledge of State of Texas policies and federal labor laws.
- 15 years of technical experience with Application Designer, Integration Broker, SQR, SQL, and BI Publisher.
- 12 years of experience performing system configuration and managing batch jobs like Run My Jobs.
- 12 years of experience with security best practices, NIST standards, and multi-tenancy ERP environments.
- 10 years of Texas public sector experience supporting 30+ state agencies.
- 10 years of experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2, PUM, Fluid UI, and Elasticsearch.
- 10 years of experience in functional project management and statewide fiscal year-end coordination.
- 8 years of expertise with Approval Workflow Engine (AWE) and FMLA compliance.
- 8 years of experience creating WCAG 2.1-compliant materials.
- 3 years of knowledge of ITIL principles for ITSM.
- Must complete 10 hours of professional training annually on personal time.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-line Level 2 support for high-profile agencies including intake, troubleshooting, and configuration changes.
- Serve as the functional subject matter expert for HR, Payroll, Time and Labor, Commitment Accounting, and Recruit modules.
- Manage and create Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and perform configuration via Page and Field Configurator and Event Mapping.
- Support technical integration issues using Application Designer, Integration Broker, SQL, SQR, and BI Publisher.
- Coordinate statewide Fiscal Year-End processes, including 1095-C creation, legislative updates, and federal mandates.
- Participate in Major Incident Management (MIM) for P1 and P2 incidents, Disaster Recovery, and SOC-1 audits.
- Maintain incident records in ServiceNow or BOSSDesk and present status updates to executive steering committees.
- Provide cross-training to junior Service Desk analysts and support agency personnel.
