Requirements
- 3 years of experience supporting an enterprise Learning Management System in a global or multi-region environment.
- 2 years of experience building LMS reports and dashboards.
- 2 years of experience troubleshooting SCORM, AICC, and xAPI content.
- 2 years of experience with LMS bulk upload tools (e.g., Cornerstone Rapid Data Import).
- Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
- 5+ years of experience with Cornerstone LMS platforms preferred.
- Proficiency with content authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, or Adobe Captivate preferred.
- Understanding of LMS integrations with HRIS, SSO, and virtual classroom tools preferred.
- Experience using ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide functional and operational support for the Learning Management System, including configuration, troubleshooting, and content maintenance.
- Monitor LMS performance, registrations, and completions to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Serve as the Tier 2/3 escalation point for LMS issues, collaborating with IT and vendors.
- Partner with Learning & Development and IT teams to translate business requirements into LMS solutions.
- Document processes for end-users and system administrators.
- Configure and maintain online courses, instructor-led sessions, and blended learning programs.
- Deploy enterprise learning initiatives and system integrations.
- Generate LMS reports to support business insights, audits, and compliance.
