Requirements
- 5 or more years of experience in business intelligence, healthcare analytics, or strategy analytics.
- Strong proficiency in SQL with experience accessing Epic Clarity, Caboodle, or similar clinical data repositories.
- Demonstrated ability to build compelling data visualizations in Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent tools.
- Experience developing business cases, ROI models, or opportunity sizing frameworks in a healthcare or technology context.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce polished analytical narratives.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and move effectively between exploratory analysis and structured deliverables.
- Bachelor's degree in data science, informatics, finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- Conduct portfolio-level analysis to identify clinical and operational gaps and evaluate AI investment opportunities.
- Collaborate with clinical, operational, health plan, and pharmacy leaders to understand strategic priorities and generate data-driven insights.
- Size potential value of AI opportunities by building quantitative business cases from incomplete data.
- Benchmark organizational performance against peer health systems and external data sources.
- Design measurement frameworks for early-stage pilots to generate actionable learning.
- Produce clear, compelling analytical narratives and visualizations for leadership.
- Collaborate with analysts to share methods, data assets, and reusable components.
