Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
- 7+ years in business analysis, including 3+ years in the CPG industry.
- Strong expertise in CPG processes.
- Advanced Power BI skills including data modeling, DAX, dashboards, and Power Query.
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and validate requirements across Sales, Trade Promotion/Marketing, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Finance, and Operations.
- Translate business needs into BRDs or user stories.
- Analyze current processes and identify improvement or automation opportunities.
- Perform deep data analysis on large datasets including POS and market data.
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams.
- Lead analysis workstreams, manage risks, and timelines.
- Present insights and recommendations to business and IT leadership.
