Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1-2 years of Customer Service experience.
- Hold a Life and Health Insurance License in your home state upon hire.
- Obtain appointments to sell Life and Health Insurance in 39 designated states within 15 business days of start date, including at least 4 of 6 key states (CA, FL, GA, NY, NC, TX).
- Pass state insurance agent licensing within approximately three weeks of hire.
- Strong business English, verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent PC, data entry, and word processing software skills.
- Ability to multitask and demonstrate excellent listening skills.
- Proven service acumen and sales focus.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via inbound service and sales telephone interactions.
- Process payments, resolve billing issues, handle policy changes, and complete new insurance applications.
- Review customer insurance needs through consultative conversations and make product recommendations.
- Promote business growth and goal achievement with life insurance and financial products.
- Handle customer interactions in a professional manner while meeting compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Obtain and maintain multi-state insurance licenses as required by the company.
