Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1-2 years of Customer Service experience.
  • Hold a Life and Health Insurance License in your home state upon hire.
  • Obtain appointments to sell Life and Health Insurance in 39 designated states within 15 business days of start date, including at least 4 of 6 key states (CA, FL, GA, NY, NC, TX).
  • Pass state insurance agent licensing within approximately three weeks of hire.
  • Strong business English, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent PC, data entry, and word processing software skills.
  • Ability to multitask and demonstrate excellent listening skills.
  • Proven service acumen and sales focus.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via inbound service and sales telephone interactions.
  • Process payments, resolve billing issues, handle policy changes, and complete new insurance applications.
  • Review customer insurance needs through consultative conversations and make product recommendations.
  • Promote business growth and goal achievement with life insurance and financial products.
  • Handle customer interactions in a professional manner while meeting compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Obtain and maintain multi-state insurance licenses as required by the company.
