Requirements

  • 2 to 5+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven record of exceeding quota and closing complex deals.
  • Established network of contacts in brokerages, cryptocurrency, blockchain, or traditional financial services.
  • Deep understanding of trading technology, liquidity solutions, and market infrastructure in crypto or TradFi.
  • Previous experience working within an FX/CFD brokerage, Neo/Challenger Bank, Payment Processor, or Crypto-native entity.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition through targeted outbound outreach and the conversion of qualified inbound leads.
  • Leverage existing industry relationships to create new opportunities and expand the client network.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and needs assessment to negotiation and closing high-value contracts.
  • Present the full suite of products and services, tailoring solutions to client needs in crypto, TradFi, and FX markets.
  • Build a strong pipeline across institutional, broker, and exchange clients while maintaining accurate forecasts in the CRM.
  • Represent the company at key industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
  • Partner with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and support.
