Requirements

  • Experience in sales, ideally for technical products or platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Proven proficiency in sales techniques including presentation, negotiation, and closing.
  • Ability to work independently and manage own daily schedule and customer pipeline.
  • Very good German and English language skills for domestic and international communication.
  • Availability for at least 30 hours per week for part-time arrangements.

Responsibilities

  • Present the Techpilot platform and products via phone and online.
  • Communicate with selected leads, including decision-makers, sales managers, and purchasing managers in the manufacturing industry.
  • Engage customers and acquire new subscriptions for the B2B platform.
  • Meet sales targets consistently.
  • Contribute to process development and improvements for the platform.
