Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of direct experience in the promotional products, apparel, or branded merchandise distribution industry.
- Highly proficient communicator in both spoken and written English.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications.
- Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time matching US operating hours.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full order lifecycle after handoff from sales, including sourcing, pricing validation, quote preparation, and supplier communication.
- Set up and maintain orders in the company system, including repeat orders, tagging, approval routing, and exception flagging.
- Coordinate samples, product selection logistics, ship dates, and production timelines.
- Administer client approval workflow for proofs and order release, including acknowledgement checks and tracking updates.
- Monitor inventory positions and coordinate repeat-order execution when programs require replenishment.
- Maintain accurate CRM and order notes related to in-hands dates, shipment status, and client order details.
