Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Experience managing tickets in Jira.
  • Proficiency with Confluence for documentation.
  • Moderate skills with Salesforce (searching records and basic editing).
  • Basic skills with HubSpot.
  • Solid understanding of web technologies: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Ability to execute standard web debugging and use browser console logs.
  • Decent understanding of computer networks (HTTPS vs HTTP, IP addresses, Domain Names, Firewalls, Proxies).
  • Understanding of the basics of Single Sign-On (SSO).
  • Familiarity with XML and JSON.
  • Must have a stable home office setup with a primary internet speed of at least 15 Mbps and a reliable backup connection of 10 Mbps.
  • Hardware requirements include a desktop or laptop (Intel Core i5 8th gen+, i3 10th gen+, or AMD Ryzen 5+) with at least 8GB RAM, plus functional backup device, webcam, and noise-canceling USB headset.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and track support tickets using Jira for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Gather necessary details and reproduce technical issues before routing tickets to specialized teams.
  • Maintain a support knowledge base using Confluence.
  • Communicate professionally with ticket reporters while keeping sensitive internal discussions separate.
  • Perform web debugging using browser console logs and standard tools.
  • Provide ongoing status updates to customers regarding their support tickets.
