Requirements
- Two or more years of experience in an administrative or operations role.
- Fluency in both French and English (written and verbal).
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy, quality, and process adherence.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Comfort learning and navigating multiple systems and tools.
- Experience with Google Workspace, PDF management tools, and Slack is an asset.
- Background as a Medical Office Assistant or Medical Receptionist is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Process and manage high volumes of incoming lab and referral documentation including faxes, voicemails, and digital records.
- Upload, route, and track lab results and referral information for clinician review.
- Escalate urgent or critical lab communications to ensure patient safety.
- Coordinate with labs, clinics, and internal teams to resolve missing, incomplete, or unclear documentation.
- Maintain accuracy of patient records and ensure data alignment.
- Support public health reporting and compliance documentation.
- Collaborate with Customer Support and Care Delivery teams to address inquiries.
