Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial insurance brokerage experience, specifically with middle-market and/or large accounts.
- Deep understanding of core commercial lines including Property, GL, Auto, WC, Umbrella, and Specialty Lines.
- Proven success managing a book of complex accounts.
- Active, current P&C License.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort in fast-moving environments.
- Experience with complex coverage structures.
- Advanced insurance designations are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Support Account Executives in servicing middle-market commercial P&C accounts.
- Manage day-to-day client needs including policy changes, documentation, billing, endorsements, and certificates of insurance.
- Prepare renewal materials and marketing submissions while coordinating with producers.
- Navigate complex coverage structures and negotiate terms with carriers.
- Communicate with carriers to obtain quotes, endorsements, and policy information.
- Participate in pilots of new tools and systems to improve service workflows.
- Contribute to maintaining consistent, high-quality service standards.
