Requirements

  • 5+ years of commercial insurance brokerage experience, specifically with middle-market and/or large accounts.
  • Deep understanding of core commercial lines including Property, GL, Auto, WC, Umbrella, and Specialty Lines.
  • Proven success managing a book of complex accounts.
  • Active, current P&C License.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort in fast-moving environments.
  • Experience with complex coverage structures.
  • Advanced insurance designations are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support Account Executives in servicing middle-market commercial P&C accounts.
  • Manage day-to-day client needs including policy changes, documentation, billing, endorsements, and certificates of insurance.
  • Prepare renewal materials and marketing submissions while coordinating with producers.
  • Navigate complex coverage structures and negotiate terms with carriers.
  • Communicate with carriers to obtain quotes, endorsements, and policy information.
  • Participate in pilots of new tools and systems to improve service workflows.
  • Contribute to maintaining consistent, high-quality service standards.
