Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Property & Casualty insurance account management or brokerage services.
  • Experience handling middle-market accounts, preferably in life sciences or technology.
  • Strong knowledge of P&C coverages including General Liability, Property, Cyber, E&O, D&O, EPLI, and Umbrella.
  • Active Property & Casualty insurance license.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • Strong communication skills for managing client relationships.
  • High attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Experience with agency management systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary client service contact for P&C insurance needs.
  • Manage renewals end-to-end, including submissions, marketing, carrier negotiations, and client presentations.
  • Review insurance policies for accuracy, coverage adequacy, and alignment with client risk profiles.
  • Coordinate issuance of certificates, endorsements, policy changes, and related documentation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers to negotiate favorable terms and pricing.
  • Identify coverage gaps and recommend tailored risk management solutions.
  • Maintain accurate data within agency systems and ensure operational compliance.
  • Collaborate with producers and internal teams to support retention and growth.
