Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Property & Casualty insurance account management or brokerage services.
- Experience handling middle-market accounts, preferably in life sciences or technology.
- Strong knowledge of P&C coverages including General Liability, Property, Cyber, E&O, D&O, EPLI, and Umbrella.
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Strong communication skills for managing client relationships.
- High attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Experience with agency management systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary client service contact for P&C insurance needs.
- Manage renewals end-to-end, including submissions, marketing, carrier negotiations, and client presentations.
- Review insurance policies for accuracy, coverage adequacy, and alignment with client risk profiles.
- Coordinate issuance of certificates, endorsements, policy changes, and related documentation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers to negotiate favorable terms and pricing.
- Identify coverage gaps and recommend tailored risk management solutions.
- Maintain accurate data within agency systems and ensure operational compliance.
- Collaborate with producers and internal teams to support retention and growth.
