Requirements
- Proven experience deploying and integrating complex systems, ideally in telecommunications or large-scale IT infrastructure.
- Broad and deep technical foundation understanding networks and protocols (TCP/IP stack at least at CCNA level).
- Practical experience with HTTP, DHCP, DNS, SNMP, Linux, servers, APIs, PKI, and virtualization.
- Hands-on experience configuring, integrating, or troubleshooting systems in production or lab environments.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering (telecommunication, ICT, or IT preferred).
- Experience leading or coordinating implementation teams beyond simple scheduling.
- Ability to plan and execute both short- and long-term projects.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to bridge business and engineering perspectives.
- Fluent in English (C1 level).
- Availability during PST business hours (typically 14:00–18:00 CET or 16:00–22:00 CET) for 3–5 days per week.
Responsibilities
- Develop project plans and timelines, ensuring clear definition and communication of project goals.
- Manage project resources to ensure tasks are completed efficiently, including delegating to engineering and site reliability teams.
- Configure systems and perform hands-on technical tasks, including system integration and troubleshooting.
- Act as a subject matter expert in internal and external technical discussions.
- Interact with stakeholders to identify technical implementation gaps and explain expectations to engineering teams.
- Identify and manage project risks, developing contingency plans to mitigate potential issues.
- Analyze project performance data to implement improvements in delivery processes.
- Train customer technical teams on system operation and maintenance.
