Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Assistant, Administrative Coordinator, or similar role.
- Demonstrated, portfolio-backed marketing and design experience.
- Proven ability to build and maintain a social media content calendar and content sourcing systems.
- Genuine fluency with AI productivity tools and willingness to improve AI workflows.
- Confident user of the Wix website platform for content updates.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to quality-check AI-generated output.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong accountability, responsiveness, and follow-through on commitments.
- Proficiency in Canva, social media scheduling platforms, and Google Workspace.
- Experience using project management tools such as Asana.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day executive support to the CEO including inbox, calendar, and meeting scheduling.
- Draft and organize emails, communications, and documentation while tracking follow-ups and action items.
- Design professional, brand-consistent marketing assets in Canva including social graphics, flyers, and presentations.
- Own the social media content calendar, build systems for content sourcing, and execute marketing campaigns.
- Track, measure, and report on content performance to improve future cycles.
- Maintain and organize project management systems like Asana and assist with Wix website updates.
- Set up, run, and improve AI-assisted workflows for drafting, research, and reporting.
- Communicate professionally with stakeholders, partners, and community members.
