Requirements
- Experience autonomously onboarding multiple, multi-layer customers in parallel.
- Proven history of consistently delivering on team targets.
- Proactive attitude toward learning and applying technical or AI-oriented concepts.
- Interest in the intersection of law and technology (legal-curious).
- Ability to present live kick-off meetings, training sessions, and webinars.
- Comfortable managing multiple concurrent accounts and technical troubleshooting.
- Experience in a fast-growing AI or SaaS startup is a plus.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Greenhouse, HubSpot, Workday, or APIs is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Autonomously onboard multiple, multi-layer customers in parallel to the platform.
- Consistently deliver on established team targets.
- Learn new technical or AI-oriented concepts and apply them to customer workflows.
- Present live kick-off, training sessions, and webinars for customers.
- Manage 25-plus parallel onboardings effectively.
- Troubleshoot software workflows and integrations.
