Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Field Applications, Solutions, Pre-Sales, or Technical Account Management.
- Hands-on experience with ROS/ROS2 for robot application development and integration.
- Experience designing or integrating perception, manipulation, or mobile robot systems using sensors and AI inference pipelines.
- Proficiency in Python; C++ familiarity is a plus.
- Ability to partner with sales teams to drive revenue.
- Willingness to travel within the Bay Area and occasionally nationally.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Managers to qualify opportunities and drive sales through technical expertise.
- Deliver demos, technical presentations, proof-of-concept experiences, and ROI analyses.
- Guide customers and partners from design reviews to pilots and scale-up.
- Support robot data collection, perception, control, and AI inference design on UR/MiR platforms.
- Train partners on software, AI workflows, and deployment best practices.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and report field insights to product teams.
