Requirements

- 8+ years of creative experience with a track record of being both a hands-on practitioner and strategic lead.
- Experience within B2B SaaS, enterprise technology, or a fast-growth software company.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work across various mediums.
- Proficiency in creative software such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strategic understanding of marketing and brand development.
- Proven experience managing external creative agencies and freelancers, including writing briefs and providing direction.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of emerging trends and technologies, including AI tools for asset production.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement creative strategies aligned with brand objectives and business goals.
- Select, brief, and manage a roster of creative agencies and freelance partners.
- Continually evolve and refine the brand identity to ensure consistency across all creative assets.
- Personally develop concepts and produce creative across digital, social, video, and event channels.
- Conceptualize and develop integrated marketing campaign assets to drive brand awareness.
- Use performance analytics to iterate and improve paid and organic ad creative.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure alignment.
- Manage the creative production budget, including project scoping and vendor costs.
- Maintain high standards for creative output and quality control.
