Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, design, marketing, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in communications, marketing, PR, or creative account management roles.
- Experience working in agency, consulting, or government-related environments strongly preferred.
- Strong background in managing complex, multi-stakeholder client accounts and integrated campaigns.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic communications, digital, content development, or creative production.
- Familiarity with federal accessibility standards for digital products.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Proven leadership experience, including mentoring and managing junior team members.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accountability.
- Multimedia or video production experience is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, development, and execution of complex integrated communications and creative strategies across multiple client accounts.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment, clarity, and high-quality delivery across all workstreams.
- Own accountability for large-scale projects from concept through execution, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and strategic objectives are met.
- Anticipate risks, identify opportunities, and proactively recommend solutions to keep projects on track and maximize impact.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and feedback to junior team members, supporting their professional development and performance.
- Prioritize, delegate, and manage workloads across teams to ensure efficient execution and resource allocation.
- Collaborate across strategy, content, design, digital, and multimedia teams to deliver cohesive, high-quality solutions.
- Ensure compliance with federal accessibility and communication standards across digital and creative deliverables.
