Responsibilities

  • Outbound prospect and follow up with inbound leads to identify motivated sellers.
  • Schedule high-quality listing appointments for the field team.
  • Ask targeted discovery questions to assess motivation, timeline, and property details.
  • Meticulously track and update lead data, notes, and appointment statuses in the CRM.
  • Consistently hit daily activity metrics and weekly/monthly appointment goals.
