Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in food & beverage or CPG environments.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in continuous improvement, process engineering, or operational excellence roles.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
- Background in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
- Proven experience with structured problem-solving (e.g., PDCA, DMAIC, DFSS, 8D) in manufacturing or distribution.
- Demonstrated success in implementing loss elimination projects that delivered measurable cost savings.
- Ability to lead change across multi-site or regional operations.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience collaborating with engineering and maintenance teams on process optimization.
- Comfortable working hands-on in plant and transfer station environments.
Responsibilities
- Apply Lean Manufacturing and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) methodologies to eliminate waste and drive cost savings.
- Identify and implement improvements to safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance across plants and transfer stations.
- Coach and train cross-functional teams on structured problem-solving, root cause analysis, and loss elimination tools.
- Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to enhance equipment performance, reduce downtime, and improve OEE.
- Partner with site leadership to drive process design improvements, automation projects, and infrastructure optimization.
- Develop standardized best practices and sustainment mechanisms to ensure long-term initiative success.
- Travel approximately 50% of the time to different business units.
