Requirements

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
  • Deep understanding of ITSM, Service Portal, and Integrations.
  • Technical expertise in ITOM modules including Discovery, CMDB, and Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
  • Proficiency in customizing ServiceNow using workflows, scripting, business rules, and UI policies.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification preferred.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification preferred.
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification preferred.
  • Experience with HRSD or GRC modules is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Translate client requirements into user stories and technical tasks.
  • Customize and configure ServiceNow applications including ITSM, Service Portal, and ITOM modules.
  • Conduct workshops and demonstrations for stakeholders and end users.
  • Lead the creation, enhancement, and delivery of scalable ServiceNow solutions.
  • Manage integration work including REST, SOAP, and MID Server integrations.
  • Maintain Discovery and CMDB functionality.
  • Develop, review, and optimize scripts such as Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI Policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior developers.
  • Participate in Agile sprint activities and backlog grooming.
