Requirements
- Proven B2B sales experience at a senior level with the ability to prospect cold and close independently.
- Track record of selling into US-based businesses and navigating multi-stakeholder buying processes.
- Actively integrates AI tools into sales research, writing, and workflow optimization.
- Strong command of written and spoken English for effective US client communication.
- Highly autonomous and accountable – you own your number and your pipeline.
- Consistent CRM user with strong data discipline and proactive follow-up habits.
Responsibilities
- Drive outbound prospecting at high volume across cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified opportunities.
- Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification through discovery, proposal, and close.
- Sell B2B vendor partnership solutions and services tailored to the needs of US-based business clients.
- Use AI tools deliberately and consistently to research prospects, personalize messaging, and streamline workflow.
- Keep your CRM fully up to date with accurate pipeline data, deal progression notes, and activity tracking.
- Analyze and iterate on outreach strategies, sequences, and messaging to improve conversion at every stage.
- Deliver against monthly and quarterly revenue and pipeline targets.
- Act as a trusted advisor to prospects, leading with insight and value throughout the buying process.
