Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, ideally across backend.
- Strong backend development skills using Python, Go, Node.js, Java, or PHP.
- Good understanding of distributed systems and service-oriented architecture.
- Strong understanding of Containers and the Kubernetes ecosystem.
- Familiarity with cloud-native architecture and major cloud providers like GCP, AWS, or Azure.
- Strong Linux system administration capabilities, including self-hosting and managing bare Linux cloud instances.
- Solid understanding of relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Basic familiarity with monitoring and observability concepts.
- Curiosity, pragmatism, and a drive for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and operate scalable software components across the stack, from backend APIs to mobile and web applications.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Medical teams to define and deliver new product features.
- Drive technical excellence in architecture, code quality, and security compliance.
- Contribute to a platform supporting multiple regulated digital health products.
- Mentor other developers and help raise the technical bar across the team.
